Over Alum Creek in the City of Westerville.
Description:
Construction of a new concrete and steel, triple span, haunch girder bridge.
Architectural
enhancements include a modern-arch superstructure, and decorative railing and
street lighting.
Status:
Demolition and pavement work is under way.
Traffic:
West Main Street is closed to through traffic. The posted detour route for
eastbound motorists follows Cleveland Avenue north to County Line Road,
east to North State Street (S.R. 3) and south to West Main Street. Westbound
motorists follow the detour route in the opposite direction.
